PERSONALITY TRAITS ✔ Calculative, creative, easy-going, kind, protective ✖ Apathetic, lazy, 'twitchy', keeps emotions to self, paranoid LIKES/DISLIKES ✔ Music, video games, programming, shade, alcohol, Rhyme, Sound ✖ Wasps, mud, boredom, Scout, Might OVERVIEW UE had two main hobbies in life before Sburb: music and gaming, but only one of those two has really carried over to Sburb, that being music. He was reasonably introverted, still venturing out to talk with his friends but liking the beat of a song more than any kind of sport or sound of chatter. His lazy motions and like of sound led him to using the Action modus, letting him make sounds or perform a keyed movement to take the item he needed outwards. systemsKind was more of a mistake-gone-right; in hindsight, equipping a fresh hardware disk of Windows 10 probably wasn't the brightest idea, but it turned out alright after it worked with his new robotic arm. UE is approaching the avatar state of Sound, becoming a skilled musician and having various musical tunes in his head mixing in with the sound of The Orchestra on occasions as he goes through his more recent sessions. 'It's like headphones, except actually useful' was his way of describing it. In-game, he's quick to get things done when actually told to, but otherwise tends to be a bit lazy or researching something or other. The more dangerous stuff he asks about first, though. His beserk triggers tend to be rather large, partially due to his predisposition to 'snapping' under stress and his own somewhat damaged psyche, which tends to lead to explosions one way or another. | STATS ✪ GENERAL Name: Samuel Doruga Symbol: Pixelated yin-yang Strife Specibus: systemKind Fetch Modus: Action (Assigns a specific action to each item to withdraw). ❛❛ You know what's scarier than anything? Nothing. |
> ENTER NAME. Your name is SAMUEL DORUGA, and you SHOULDN'T HAVE DRUNK SO MUCH last night. Memo to self: never mix alcohols from different species. You knew that was a bad idea... Speaking of bad ideas, it's been around FOUR YEARS since you started playing this game. At least, you THINK so. You're pretty sure that your mind blanked out for a couple of sessions after you got your ROBOTIC IMPLANTS, possibly around THREE SESSIONS. You can remember participating in EIGHTEEN, so that makes a total of TWENTY-ONE. You're not so hopeless at maths that you needed to use the mechanized part of your brain for that, either. You are around 6 FOOT, if a bit over that - you haven't really bothered to check recently. You're REASONABLY THIN, and have BLONDE HAIR that goes to just above the back of your neck, sometimes covering your eyes and sometimes not depending on when you bother to cut it. Your left eye is still it's natural GREY shade, with the small AMBER flecks near the pupil (and you swear that part's fully natural), while your right eye is MECHANICAL, the iris BLUE WITH GREY VEINS and the white being... well, AMBER. It is a troll's eye shoved with a load of machine parts, after all. Long story, and you can't be bothered to talk about it even if you wanted to hear. Your RIGHT ARM is similarly CYBERNETIC, with it being connected by patches of metallic plating and wires just beneath the skin to YOUR BRAIN. As stated, having an in-built calculator is useful sometimes, if unexpected. The spikes that extend out of your shoulder are a bit more frustrating for clothing fits, though. Your memories of your first session are somewhat HAZY. You completely lost the memories thanks to psych support from a Mind player in your second session, got them back and had a mental breakdown in your sixth. As you do. You've since 'woken up' from just using the machine portion of your head in whatever damn session you're in now. That's probably something you should check, to be honest. Meh. Maybe later. They weren't particularly pleasant, though. You do remember your were a SCOUT OF SOUND, and you still like being a Sound player - the constant music in your head is pretty chill in your books. Your interests include PLAYING GUITAR, SINGING, PROGRAMMING and GAMING. You occasionally dabble in some TINKERING and COOKING, but those are kind of useless with all the provided machines in Sburb. You're fluent in Python, Java and ~ATH, with the last one being a large favorite of yours for several years now, and you like to privately consider yourself REASONABLY SKILLED in the language. You tend to DOWNPLAY YOURSELF a lot, however. It's helped a lot in Sburb, the STRESS-INDUCING SANDBOX it is. That's not to say it's not fun, or at least that parts of it aren't - you'd take it over a BORING LIFE anyday. Boredom is probably the worst thing, ever. At least here you can RESEARCH and EXPERIMENT along with FIGHT FREELY, both of those being definite plus-sides despite the EFFORT REQUIRED. You don't have any particularly close relationships at the moment, and most people seem to be OFF-PUT by your STRANGE APPEARANCE. Or perhaps it's the somewhat risky RESEARCH you tend to participate in when you've got the time. Who knows. You're pretty open to just about anything, including quadrants or whatever other crazy romance systems people use. Most things tend to be CHILL WITH YOU. You have a small tendency to pick up emotional issues or even minor mental illnesses, but the issue here is that you keep things to yourself so often it can go unnoticed for long periods of time until you kind of burst outwards with it all or collapse under the stress. However, dealing with your issues by your lonesome and reinforcing your mind has given you a bit of extra resistance to CORRUPTION, if only on the psychological front. It helps you can just dump your decision-making to a robot, too. Testing out riskier things tends to be done by transferring your conscience into a robotic shell while messing around with whatever code or project you're working on. Your chumhandle is unstableEquilibrium, and y0u talk with b1nary numbers t0 represent y0ur r0b0t1c v01ce t0ne. Cl1ché but effect1ve. Your typing style does depend more on how assed you can be to put effort into it, though. You can forgo the numbers if you focus. |
